Large Vintage Belgian Speculoos Mould
Speculoos are a type of thin spiced shortbread traditionally made and eaten on Saint Nicholas Day and throughout the Christmas season. Wooden hand carved moulds such as this have been used for centuries to make the varied traditional biscuit patterns. They make a fabulous kitchen display piece all year round.
